Adult Terms and Conditions

This policy applies to:

  1. Ladies Clinic
  2. Ladies Comp
  3. Breakfast Comp

FEES

  1. Fees are payable for the entire term once you are enrolled into the program. Please understand that once we have given you a spot, it is for the entire term. Payment is required prior to the commencement of term to confirm your position. You will not be able to commence the program if fees are not received.
  2. Please note that Love’n Deuce hold the right to charge a cancellation fee
  3. Credits and refunds are at the discretion of LnD

MAKEUPS – Ladies Clinic Only

  1. In the case of sickness or a family holiday during the term, we ask you to comply with the following:
  1. A minimum of 24hours notice of an absence is needed to be eligible for the arrangement of a makeup up lesson. This notification is to be directed to the coach in charge. Times and days of make ups will depend on availability. (Please understand that we need to adhere to our 1:4 ratio and we are unable to fill your spot just for the week you are away.)
  2. You do have the option to send someone in your place should you be unable to attend.
  1. If we are not informed of your absence prior to your class, makeups will not be available.
  2. Maximum of one makeup each term depending on availability.
  3. In the case of a washout or a public holiday, the class will be added on to the end of the course.
  4. Makeups will not follow on into the next term.

A decision regarding condition of courts will be made by:

  1. Ladies Clinic - 8.45am
  2. Ladies Comp – 8.30am
  3. Breakfast Comp – 6.00am
