Junior Terms & Conditions

This policy covers the following squads:

  1. Joeys 1 & 2
  2. Bears
  3. Competition
  4. Invitational
  5. Advanced Competition
  6. Tournament
  7. Advanced
  8. Northbridge

FEES

  1. Fees are payable for the entire term once your child is enrolled into the program. Please understand that once we have given you a spot, it is for the entire term. Payment is required prior to the commencement of term to confirm your child’s position. Your child will not be able to commence the program if fees are not received.
  2. Program Prices are based on a school term. Sometimes these terms may vary due to where Public Holidays may arise, but our prices remain the same despite these differences.
  3. In the case of sickness or a family holiday during the term, we ask you to comply with the following:
  4. Please inform us of your child’s absence PRIOR to the class so that, depending on availability, an alternative class can be arranged. Please understand that we need to adhere to our teacher:child ratio and we are unable to fill your spot just for the week you are away.
  5. If we are not informed of an absence prior to your child’s class, no alternative arrangements will be arranged.
  6. Credits and refunds - This is at the discretion of Love’n Deuce.

WET WEATHER

Classes are on rain, hail or shine; alternative programs on the day will be organised if courts are unplayable.

Tuesday and Thursday Bears at Roseville – will not be held if it is wet, alternative classes can be organised for these children through consultation with the coach in charge of the program.
