Red Ball Performance Squads (Invitation Only) 

A selective red ball performance squad for advanced red ball players. These squads incorporate extensive serve and rally live ball drills to enhance technical and tactical fundamentals. Players training in these squads are expected to be playing multiple times per week including match play and hot shots challenges.

Orange Ball Performance Squads (Invitation Only) 

A selective orange ball performance squad for advanced orange ball players. These squad players will learn technical and tactical fundamentals. These squads will include directional control, transition to net and patterns of play. All squads will have an emphasis on serve, return and live ball point play drills. Players training in these squads will be expected to be playing multiple times per week including match play and hot shots challenges.

Green Ball Performance Squads (Invitation Only) 

A selective green ball performance squad for advanced green ball players. These squad players will learn technical and tactical fundamentals and progressions. These squads will include live ball drills learning game styles, singles and doubles point play and strategies. All squads will have an emphasis on serve, return and live ball point play drills. Players training in these squads will be expected to be playing multiple times per week including match play, hot shots challenges and competition.

Having different levels of Yellow Ball allows us to develop further all the important skill areas of competition players (Top Gun) and to cater for those looking for a more social tennis experience. Even if you are just starting out in the game there are classes to suit you.
